Taylor Wimpey Plc is the second largest residential developer in the United Kingdom, and was founded in 2007 following the merger of George Wimpey and Taylor Woodrow. The group executes property development throughout 23 regional businesses across Britain as well as Spain, with 14,087 home completions in 2021 (including joint ventures).

Its projects vary from small apartments to large six-bedroom houses, as well as affordable homes. The group has a vertically integrated operational structure. As a result, all construction material is sourced by its subsidiary, Taylor Wimpey Logistics, directly from manufacturers.
